Celebrity Race Across the World Is Back, and This Time, the Heat Is On

Pack your bags and ditch your phone, Celebrity Race Across the World is back for another adrenaline-fueled adventure, and this season’s lineup promises more drama, heart, and breathtaking landscapes than ever before.

Four celebrity duos are about to swap red carpets and studio lights for backpacks and border crossings. Their mission? To race 5,900 kilometers from the sun-soaked Caribbean island of Isla Mujeres, off the eastern tip of Mexico, all the way to La Guajira Peninsula in Colombia, the northernmost point of South America.

The daring pairs taking on this epic trek are:

Anita Rani, broadcaster and writer, teaming up with her dad, Balvinder Singh Nazran

Dylan Llewellyn, the beloved Derry Girls star, racing alongside his mum, Jackie

DJ Tyler West and his partner, actor-singer Molly Rainford

Roman Kemp, broadcaster and radio host, with his sister, singer-songwriter Harleymoon Kemp

Over six gripping episodes, airing Thursdays at 8 p.m. on BBC One starting November 6, viewers will watch as these celebrity pairs navigate new cultures, language barriers, and unpredictable travel routes. Their biggest challenge? Making it to each checkpoint without phones, credit cards, or planes. Their only cash comes from the cost of a notional plane ticket between the start and end points, a twist that forces strategy, resourcefulness, and the occasional bit of luck.

The show’s format has become a global phenomenon, celebrated for its raw emotion and unscripted humanity. The last two celebrity series crowned Alex Beresford and his father Noel as the first winners, followed by Scott Mills and his husband Sam Vaughan in series two.
